ChaTraMue's rich history dates back over 100 years when our first tea shop was established in China. However, in pursuit of our specialization, our family migrated to Thailand, where our journey truly took shape. Unfortunately, during World War II, our shop was tragically burned down. Undeterred, we rebuilt in 1945, marking the official establishment of ChaTraMue.
Originally focusing on Chinese Tea, which was traditionally served hot, we quickly recognized the locals' preference for cold beverages in Thailand's warm climate. Responding to their demand, we developed "Thai Tea" or "Cha Yen" under the ChaTraMue brand, catering to the unique tastes of the local population. Over the years, this blend has evolved, always adapting to suit the discerning palate of our valued customers. With 75 years of expertise, ChaTraMue specializes in the production of high-quality Thai Tea, known for its distinctive aroma and flavor.
Situated in Chiang Rai, our factory is strategically located in Thailand's prime tea and coffee plantation region. We meticulously select only the freshest tea leaves and coffee seeds to ensure the excellence of our products. Employing stringent quality controls, such as GMP, HACCP, Halal certifications, and more, we process the tea leaves and coffee seeds with precision to meet industry standards. Our commitment to innovation led us to establish a dedicated Research & Development and Manufacturing Facility, enabling us to create unique blends and packaging while maintaining our core value of delivering exceptional quality at reasonable prices.
